Ceramic Studio
Fully equipped for all pottery and related work, including traditional wheels and kiln.
Resources Room/Library
A media library, housing extensive relevant books, newspapers, journals and magazines is available in the college. We also provide the services of the Tiernan Mc Bride library in the Irish Film Institute to all our media students.
Special Needs Supports
St. Kevin's College is committed to ensuring that its courses, examination and assessments meet as far as possible and reasonable the individual needs of students with special needs. Procedures put in place will enable candidates to perform to the best of their ability and ensure that all candidates are assessed on an equal basis.
Electronics, Engineering Building
Fully equipped science labs for Electronics, Engineering Science, Material Science, Pneumatics and Mechanics. Modern fully equipped engineering workshops covering gas welding, spot welding, electric welding, brazing, casting, drilling, turning and milling and the working of plastics in various forms. Modern computer facilities including Autocad and Autosketch programmes and C.N.C. lathe. Fully equipped modern facilities for the study of woodwork, wood machining, building construction and related subjects. The engineering department has recently benefited from a complete upgrade in machinery and equipment. Among the benefits of this investment are:

Outdoor Recreation
A wide range of equipment for kayaking, Open Canadian canoeing and rock climbing. Our out-centre for snorkeling is at the Curragh Sub Aqua Club in Sandycove. Our Watersports base on Blessington Lake has a variety of craft including Darragh 14 and G.P. 14 dinghies. Toppers and Achats supported by two Jenneau rescue craft.
Sports Centre
A New Sports Centre was constructed on campus in 2005 for the benefit of students in St. Kevin’s College/Pearse College during normal college hours. The centre will be made available to groups and individuals in the local community after college hours. Sports facilities include:
- Sports Hall, full size National Competition level for key sports such as basketball, volleyball and badminton.
- Gym with fitness assessment facilities.
- Dance studio.
- 5-a-side Astro Turf pitch
